A few kilometers after the start of the fifth stage, a breakaway of seven men was the first alternative of the partial; Only one cyclist Per Tour caught on to this initiative: the Italian Manuele Tarozzi.

Among the best of the stage was Alessandro Santaromita, from the GREEN PROJECT BARDIANI – CSF- FAIZAN, with 14th place and one place behind came Nicolás Tivani from San Juan, from TEAM CORRATEC, who now occupies 12th place overall, at 1m36s. of the race pointer.

The sixth stage will be held this Tuesday, January 28, starting from Route 40 in front of the Vicente Chancay velodrome at 4:08 p.m. at a neutralized start and after 2.2 km, at 4:15 p.m. the official route will be given from Route 40 and calle 5. The arrival will be in front of the velodrome, after traveling 144.9 kilometers.
