Inclusive Tour: declarations of the race winners

This Thursday the fourth edition of the Inclusive Tour was held. The exclusive race for people with disabilities that is part of the great itinerary of the Tour of San Juan.

It was a cycling party, in which around 150 guests from different parts of the province and the country took part.

On a sunny afternoon, the Inclusive Tour was held in two different segments, one competitive and the other participatory. Within each group there were the following categories: individual, handbike, tandem and tricycle (also bicycles for those who only wanted to participate).

After the podiums, which were witnessed by Sagan, Gaviria, Oss, Viviani, Richeze and Nizzolo, we spoke with the winners and this is what they said.

– Enzo Delgado (tricycle): «I am very happy, but I think that the most important thing is to participate. The last lap was very difficult for me, I was very heavy”.

Maximiliano Pérez (tandem): «Very happy and very grateful and looking forward to the start. I train five or six times a week and it worked. Willy (Williams) Quintero invited me for a spin and I really liked it.”

– Fernando Cagnolo (handbike): “I am very happy and grateful to the organization because these competitions are not held in the country and achieving victory excites me because it is the first time”.

– Joel Galván (individual): «Thank God today I was able to take first place. It was just a quick start and I was able to withstand the attacks of the other riders. I am part of the Argentine National Team and I am preparing for the Parapan American Games in Chile”.
