The Argentinian cyclists will surely make a positive evaluation when analyzing their performances in the Tour of San Juan. As always, there are good ones and not so good ones but it should be noted that it was generally a constant that men representing this country were present at every break, in every attempt to make a difference in the stages.
This Sunday, in the seventh stage, there was no exception and although there was no large escape, it was Laureano Rosas who was in charge of putting the albiceleste seal and taking first place and second place in the sprints that the partial had on Avenida de Circunvalación.
Nicolás Tivani (Corratec) was the best of the stage with his 11th place, completing an excellent performance in his first race with the team and with very good omens for what will be his season in Europe.
In his farewell to cycling, which included several actions in his honor, Maximiliano Richeze, in 23rd place, was the second best-ranked Argentine in the stage. In place 36 Leandro Messineo; 39° Franco Buchanan.
In the final qualifying of the competition, Leandro Messineo (Chimbas Te Quiero) was the best compatriot, taking 11th place; one position behind, only three seconds behind, Nicolás Tivani classified (Corratec); 14th was Juan Pablo Dotti (SEP San Juan); 28th Franco Buchanan (Virgen de Fátima), were the ones who entered the top thirty of the race.
