This part of the race will mean the return of the competition after two seasons as a result of the pandemic.

The organization of the Vuelta a San Juan informs all cycling fans which will be the first of its stages for the 39th edition. This passionate cycling competition will be held from January 22 to 29, 2023 in the province of San Juan, where it all begins.

The inaugural stage of the Vuelta a San Juan 2023 (UCI Pro Series) is taking place on Sunday, January 22. The race will have 147.8 KM and will be in the afternoon.

We will start from the Aldo Cantoni stadium and here, in front of this imposing emblem of San Juan, we will experience the grand finale. This place has hosted countless great sporting events. It is currently one of the venues where the World Skate Games – Argentina 2022 is being held.

Before the checkered flag, we will go to the Difunta Correa área, a traditional place in San Juan that brings together thousands of people per year, faithful and also fans of this sport.

The last time Vuelta a San Juan went to Difunta Correa was on February 1, 2020. The Czech Zdenek Stybar, a Deceuninck Quick Step (WT) cyclist, won the race with a time of 3:56:51 after 174 kilometers.
