In San Juan, the passion for cycling is present in every corner of the province.

After the announcement about the first stage, this time Vuelta a San Juan publicly announces what will be the second part of the next edition.

The second stage of the race, which will again be in the UCI Pro Series category, will be held on Monday, January 23. Together we will enjoy the peloton that will run 206.9 KM, one of the longest liaisons of the entire race.

With almost 800 thousand inhabitants, San Juan is a province that breathes cycling in its 19 departments. For this stage, we will concentrate on San Agustín de Valle Fértil. Previously, the stage ended here. But next year, the stage will begin in this beautiful place. We will travel along National Route 150 and witness the final sprint in Jáchal, opposite Papa Francisco stadium, a landmark in the northern department.

The last step of Vuelta a San Juan in this stage took place on January 29, 2020. Fernando Gaviria won a dream sprint and gave victory to UAE Team Emirates. On that occasion, the Colombian packer completed the 185.8 KM in 4:08:03 seconds.
